During my stay, I faced multiple inconveniences. The self-service check-in seemed counterproductive, as the receptionist stood by without assisting directly. The breakfast provided was very limited in choices and lacked quality, making mornings less enjoyable than I hoped. While the room was clean, the double bed's configuration resulted in an uncomfortable gap between the two mattresses.

i would’ve loved to give a good review, but the double bed was just two singles that drifted apart, making for a rather uncomfy sleep. not to mention, the €11 breakfast for croissants and coffee was definitely overpriced for its sad offerings. i guess special treatment is just an illusion here.

The stay at Gr8 Hotel in Bodegraven was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and modern, providing comfort for a couple of nights. I appreciated the good parking facility, making it easy to access. I had some small issues with the self-service check-in process—having the receptionist present but directing us instead felt unnecessary. The restaurant on-site offered a decent variety, but breakfast choices were limited and not high-quality. The double bed setup wasn’t ideal, as it consisted of two singles that drifted apart. Still, the staff were helpful and very polite, which made our stay enjoyable. a good base for visiting Den Haag and Gouda.

the interior design at gr8 hotel is really attractive, and the spacious deluxe room was super comfortable. it’s conveniently located near a local brewery and has great connections to nearby cities. the restaurant 'la place' next door offers delicious meals, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay so much better.
the only downside was the mild sewage smell in the hallways.
